HOLLY RICHARDSON

Holly Richardson believes that in order to achieve optimal health in all aspects of life, we must understand the intrinsic link between mind, body and spirit. While studying at the University of Iowa she noticed how people were able to transform their lives through a combination of physical training and transcendental meditation. For over 30 years she has furthered her study and exploration in this field completed her masters and doctoral degree. She shares her wisdom and knowledge through her teaching and curriculum development.

Holly is a Professor at the Virginia Military Institute in Lexington Virginia focusing on growth opportunities for women. She has spent the last ten years working as director for the institute’s Outdoor Experiential Leadership Program and has developed a series of contemplative courses for the curriculum that includes yoga and mindfulness.
